Best DraftKings NFL DFS Value Plays for Week 7

This article will focus on the best value play at each position using DraftKings’ pricing for the Sunday 1 p.m. e.t. slate. We will provide one affordable option at every position based on matchups and game theory from top to bottom. Now that we’ve done the housekeeping, let’s get into Week 7.

Quarterback: Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers ($5,800)

NFL: Green Bay Packers at Las Vegas Raiders
Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports

Love averaged almost 22 fantasy points per game until his Week 5 matchup against the Raiders. Coming off the bye, he should bounce back in an excellent matchup against the Broncos’ defense, ranked 30th against the QB position. This game could have some fantasy goodness, so you can stack him with Christian Watson and Aaron Jones (or A.J. Dillon if Jones is ruled out).

Running Back: Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears ($4,600)

Assuming he can clear concussion protocol, Johnson should get the start this week at home against the Raiders, with Khalil Herbert still sidelined by an ankle injury. Consider Johnson a value play this week if he plays with upside due to his receiving ability.

Honorable mention: RB Zach Evans, Los Angeles Rams ($4000)

Wide Receiver: Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders ($5,400)

McLaurin is averaging almost 22 fantasy points per game against the Giants over his last five outings against them. The Giants have also allowed more than 23 fantasy points per game in their previous five games. This game could go over the projected 37.5 points, and McLaurin will be involved.

Honorable Mentions: WR Wan’Dale Robinson, New York Giants ($3,800), WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants ($3,700)

Tight End: Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers ($3,300)

Musgrave has a great matchup this week against the Broncos’ defense, which has allowed more than 20 fantasy points per game over the past three games to opposing TEs. The rookie is also due to score his first career TD, which could come in a classic post-bye rookie breakout.

Defense: Baltimore Ravens ($2,500)

Baltimore has forced four INTs and 16 sacks over the last four games. The Lions have been playing well, but when you’re looking for value at the defense position, you will often have to stomach a bad matchup. At home in Baltimore, the Ravens have a chance to stay in control against Jared Goff and have a solid outing.
