On the first drive of the game for Alabama against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game, Tua Tagovailoa was sacked and came up limping.

It’s been a problem most of the year, as the knee sprain continues to be aggravated when he’s taken some big hits. This time, it was his ankle.

Then, on the next play, which was a third down in Georgia territory, Tagovailoa threw an interception to Richard LeCounte, and he came up limping pretty badly.

After coming off the field following this turnover, Tagovailoa immediately went into the medical tent to receive treatment.

Jalen Hurts was then seen warming up on the Alabama sideline, but shortly after that Tagovailoa emerged from the tent and was jogging around on the sideline. Hurts then stopped warming up, signaling Tagovailoa’s return to action.
