WATCH: Jerry Rice still hasn’t lost a step at the age of 54

Jerry Rice is the GOAT. He did it better than any receiver in NFL history and has all the records to prove it.

Now at the age of 54, surely he’s lost a step or three, right?

Nope. Not even close. Just check out the legendary receiver showing off his speed and route-running prowess during Nike’s “The Opening” camp in Oregon.

In addition to his on-field demonstration, Rice imparted some words of wisdom for the high school players in attendance.

Somehow, we’re convinced that Rice could still be darn productive if he were to suit up and play in the offense-friendly NFL right now. He’s a physical marvel and puts in more work than anyone to keep himself in prime shape, even at the age of 54.
