The unreal one-handed catches NFL fans witness on Sundays don’t happen by accident. Just ask Los Angeles Chargers star Mike Williams.

While working out at home amid the pandemic, Williams is doing some absolutely wild drills. Check out this one-handed catch display he put on his Instagram account, shared by the Chargers on Twitter.

The bonkers aspect here is not that Williams is catching these balls with one hand. It’s that he’s doing it while contorting his body in all sorts of directions. Just incredible skill by the superstar.

We’ve seen this type of practice pay off for the Chargers receiver, too. Check out this absurd catch he made a couple years ago.
