The Golden State Warriors are seeking their first championship in 40 years, and team owner Joe Lacob apparently doesn’t want his people to miss the action.
According to Dieter Kurtenbach of KNBR, Lacob chartered a flight to Cleveland for all full-time employees so they can watch Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Quicken Loans Arena.
Brian Witt, the Digital Marketing Coordinator (and creator of Splash Brothers; kudos, Brian) for the Warriors, shared a picture of employees filling the plane:

But the flight isn’t the only expensive part of this long trip.
Per ESPN’s Ethan Sherwood Strauss, the Warriors have booked more than 150 hotel rooms in the area.

Whether or not Lacob is personally footing the entire bill doesn’t really matter. It’s a pretty cool gesture from an owner who is excited about his team being in the Finals.
Game 3 tips off Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
