The Minnesota Vikings draft picks were the subject of a creative approach when the PR department came up with a hilarious idea for featuring their new rookies.
They took them back to school.
School photos were on the agenda for the #Vikings rookies on their first day of class.

Some of the incoming rookies were a little more into their roles than others, but overall we’ll give this class a B+.
Minnesota’s haul during the 2016 NFL Draft appears to have the makings of an A+ unit when it’s all said and done on the football field, however. Vikings fans should be thrilled with the collection of talent that was selected.
- Round 1 (23): Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss
- Round 2 (54): Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
- Round 4 (121): Willie Beavers, OT, Western Michigan
- Round 5 (160): Kentrell Brothers, OLB, Missouri
- Round 6 (180): Mortiz Boehringer, WR, Germany
- Round 6 (188): David Morgan, TE, Texas-San Antonio
- Round 7 (227): Stephen Weatherly, OLB, Vanderbilt
In particular, receiver Treadwell and Boehringer should have a chance to make an instant impact as featured weapons in Teddy Bridgewater’s passing arsenal.
The Vikings came close to breaking out with a playoff win last year but ultimately fell one shanked kick short of advancing past the Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card round (watch here).
