Those who went out to Coors Field to see the Colorado Rockies take on the San Diego Padres on Wednesday got a little more than they bargained for. A bench-clearing brawl between the teams broke out when Luis Perdomo threw behind Nolan Arenado.
And unlike Sunday’s incident between the Arizona Diamondbacks and St. Louis Cardinals, this was a legit brawl.

Twitter reacted. Naturally, some of the commenters were divided among the cheering lines.
Nolan Arenado knows something behind his back is bush league. It's game on at that point. Message sent and received. Now what comes next…

Of course, there were other reactions, as well.
Just as I thought, Luis Perdomo is still struggling with his command. pic.twitter.com/nNXLul0Lsq

Nolan Arenado charges the mound after a chest-high pitch is thrown behind him. Pretty nasty bench-clearing incident, as far as baseball stuff goes. Manny Margot hit last night, and Arenado assumes (apparently) this was retaliation.

Perdomo was running away from Arenado like I run away from bees.

Perdomo: will throw things at a player (ball, glove).
Perdomo: will not throw punches at a player.

Nolan Arenado is my new favorite player. He wanted some smoke.

Predictably, several players, including both Perdomo and Arenado, were ejected.

But one person went outside of the box with his reaction.

These are the questions that need to be answered.
