Tony Bennett could join Lady Gaga at halftime of Super Bowl LI

We already know that pop sensation Lady Gaga is planning an epic halftime performance during Super Bowl LI in Houston next month. Whether she’s still planning on performing from the rooftop remains to be seen.

However, it’s quite possible that Lady Gaga could have one of the most well-known musicians of all-time joining her on stage at halftime.

According to Hollywood Life, the music star is reportedly going to ask Tony Bennett to perform with her.

Bennett, 90, is best known for the hit song “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.”

His accolades include a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, entrance in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and being included as an honoree at the Kennedy Center.

It seems like somewhat of an odd fit. But if anyone can make it work, it’s Bennett himself. Heck, maybe he’ll bust out one of his hit songs in the process.
