The Golden State Warriors will likely soon get one of their best players back, as 2015 Finals MVP Andre Iguodala is expected to play either in Game 3 or in Game 4 of the 2018 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
On Tuesday, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr gave an update on Iguodala’s status.
Per Steve Kerr, @andre did some on-court work Monday and said he felt better; Kerr said Iguodala would likely be listed as questionable for Game 3 Wednesday, with the hope he’ll be available for Game 4 if he can’t play tomorrow.

Iguodala himself has said he aims to play Wednesday in Game 3 and a report emerged that he’s been pain-free for a few days now.
Golden State has jumped out to a 2-0 lead in this series without Iguodala’s services and was able to close out the Houston Rockets without him, too. This team is absolutely loaded, but there’s no doubt that getting Iggy back will only further strengthen the Warriors for this final stretch as they pursue back-to-back titles.
