The Mets are set to add outfielder Michael Conforto and infielder Jeff McNeil to the 10-day injured list with hamstring injuries, the New York Daily News reported Monday.

Both players left Sunday’s game with the injuries, Conforto (right hamstring) in the first inning and McNeil (left) in the second. McNeil missed games last week with cramping issues.

It’s another blow to the injury-ravaged Mets, who already have Jacob deGrom, Brandon Nimmo, J.D. Davis, Albert Almora Jr., Luis Guillorme, Dellin Betances, Jose Martinez, Carlos Carrasco, Seth Lugo and Noah Syndergaard on the IL. Davis and Lugo are close to rehab assignments and deGrom could return Friday.

The Mets will call up outfield prospect Johneshwy Fargas and Khalil Lee from Triple-A, per the report.

McNeil, 29, is hitting .242/.336/.374 with three homers and 13 runs scored while Conforto, 28, is batting .230/.356/.336 with two homers and 13 RBIs.

Fargas, who is not on the 40-man roster, was taken by the Mets in the 11th round of the 2013 draft. Lee was with the major league club last week but didn’t make an appearance.
