WATCH: New England Patriots fan boo Tom Brady in return to Gillette

NFL: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New England Patriots

Well, that didn’t last too long. As Tom Brady made his way on to the field at Gillette Stadium against his former New England Patriots team ahead of kick off, cheers were heard from those on the scene.

Once the game started, those cheers turned into boos. Big time boos.

It was good to see Patriots fans cheer Brady as he took his lap around Gillette roughly around 45 minutes before kickoff. But once the game started, it became clear that he was public enemy No. 1.

A sixth-round pick of the New England Patriots back in 2000, Brady played 20 seasons with the organization. He led them to a whopping six Super Bowl titles during that span before leading the team following the 2019 season.

Now the starting quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady is coming off his seventh career Super Bowl title. Meanwhile, the Pats have struggled to remain relevant without him in the mix.
