Lonzo Ball to have left ankle re-evaluated on Thursday

Lonzo Ball has been out of commission since January 19 when he sprained his left ankle and tore a ligament. On Thursday, the young star will be re-evaluated.

Just a few days ago, it was reported that Ball’s initial timeline of 4-6 weeks out of commission could have been a bit optimistic. Perhaps his ankle is healing more swiftly than the reports indicated, however.

In 47 games this year, the second-year guard has averaged 9.9 points, 5.4 assists, and 5.3 rebounds per game.
