The rib injury to Josh Norman may not be as bad as originally thought. The Washington Redskins cornerback is now being called “week to week” with a rib fracture.
Josh Norman 'week to week' with rib fracture. Bye week coming at a good time for him, #Redskins

Norman left Washington’s Monday night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs just before halftime. At halftime, coach Jay Gruden told ESPN’s Lisa Salters that Norman would be out for at least “a couple of weeks.”
Tuesday’s news is certainly positive for Washington. With a Week 5 bye, it’s now possible that Norman will not have to miss even a game, although that remains to be seen. The Redskins will next be in action in Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers.
