Green Bay Packers receiver Davante Adams was still in the concussion protocol as of Friday but is officially questionable for the upcoming game against the Dallas Cowboys.

It’s been thought he could be able to potentially play, a little more than a week after being hit illegally by Chicago Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan, who was suspended a game for his action.

One positive step in that direction comes by way of news that Adams traveled with the Packers Saturday for the upcoming game.

Obviously it’s not going to be up to Adams or the Packers to ultimately decide whether he plays Sunday or not. He’ll need to pass all concussion-related tests and be cleared by an independent neurologist before that happens.

The good news, regardless of his status Sunday, is that Adams seems to be rebounding very well from what looked at first to be a potentially very dangerous injury.
