Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma has been ruled out of Wednesday’s home game against the Denver Nuggets due to a sprained right ankle.

Kuzma last played on Saturday, collecting 33 points and seven rebounds in Washington’s 132-118 loss to the Sacramento Kings. He sat out the Wizards’ 122-112 setback to the Orlando Magic on Tuesday.

Kuzma, 27, is averaging 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 64 games (all starts) this season.

He has contributed 16.5 points and 6.4 boards in 406 career games (276 starts) with the Los Angeles Lakers (2017-21) and Wizards since being selected with the 27th overall pick of the 2017 NBA Draft.
