Nick Chubb tied Herschel Walker’s Georgia record of 13 games in a row rushing for over 100 yards on Saturday against Alabama.
And he did it in style.
While most of his teammates were likely looking for the nearest exit in the midst of being bludgeoned by Alabama to the tune of 38-3 just a handful of minutes into the third quarter, Chubb went off.
Making the day more special, Walker was on hand to witness the momentous event.
The touchdown run gave Georgia a hint of hope, being down by 28, rather than 35 points. It also put Chubb at 146 yards for the day with more than a quarter-and-a-half to play.
