Late in the first quarter of Wednesday night’s pivotal Game 5 between the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics, Marcus Smart and Jayson Tatum pulled off an insane sequence that had our jaws on the floor.
Smart stole the ball, starting a fast break. He tipped the steal to Tatum, who then passed back to Smart quickly. Smart, appearing to lose control out of bounds at the baseline on the break, threw a no-look alley-oop to Tatum that brought the house down.

That was just an incredible play by Smart, and we all know Tatum can finish when he has a lane.
Oh, and Tatum can also do this, which takes a bit more skill.
It’s been a tightly contested battle thus far between these rivals. Boston held a one-point lead, 25-24, after one quarter of play. If the Celtics continue to get that kind of spark from these two, however, the Celtics might just close out the series tonight.
