Frank Gore, Jets
Philip G. Pavely-USA TODAY Sports

Frank Gore has some sweet feet. Those, plus his elite vision and remarkable durability, have him headed to the Hall of Fame one day. None of it has come easy. A guy who had multiple knee surgeries before he ever hit the NFL, Gore has worked for every accolade and victory under his belt.

Case in point: Check out this short video showing Gore working his butt off doing footwork drills.

The foot speed is still there, ladies and gentlemen. It’s a big reason why Gore has been breaking off big runs like this for the past decade and a half.

Recently signed as a free agent by the New York Jets, Gore, 37, is still going strong. He should be an invaluable resource for Sam Darnold and the Jets in 2020, both as a productive player on the field, and a coach in the film room.
