NFL trades are apparently the new in thing with the upstart Los Angeles Rams continuing to find themselves in the middle of pretty much every deal. After acquiring Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters in trades earlier this offseason, the defending NFC West champs have picked up wide receiver Brandin Cooks from the New England Patriots.
The deal sends Cooks and a fourth-round pick to Los Angeles in exchange for a first-round pick (23rd overall) and a sixth-round pick (more on the details here).
Here are the best reactions from the Twitter world
Brandin Cooks will still only be 25 this season, and teams have spent 3 first-round picks on him.

The Patriots/Rams trade was held up because they were waiting for Brandin Cooks to wake up after being hit by Malcolm Jenkins.
