How would you like to spend under $30 to attend an outdoor football event in mid-30 degree weather tonight in East Rutherford, New Jersey?
Now factor into the equation that the team you’re rooting for is 2-9 on the season, and that idea looks a bit less sexy.
But according to StubHub, tonight’s game between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets still has tickets available for as cheap as $23.85 (h/t SI.com).
That’s less than $24 to brave the play of one Geno Smith at quarterback. That’s also less than $24 to get a potential double-feature of Michael Vick throwing bombs into the arms of waiting Miami Dolphins defenders or surrendering the football on the turf should Smith (much like he’s done throughout his career) fail under center.
Then again, you could just buy a $24 bottle of hard alcohol and “enjoy” the game from the misery of your own living room. That’s up to you, Jets fans.
