Carolina Panthers offensive guard Taylor Hearn got into a fight outside a bar in Augusta, Georgia, this past week. It didn’t go well for the big man.

TMZ Sports obtained video of the incident, which shows Hearn getting into it with three other men.

After a bit of posturing and pushing, Hearn was moved away from the action. Then, looking pretty inebriated, he rushed back into the argument he was having and got dropped like a sack of potatoes by a much smaller man.

This isn’t a good look for Hearn, for a number of reasons. Most of all, he has to have better judgement than he showed, because this could lead to league discipline, even though nobody was arrested.

The Panthers have released a short statement on the matter, writing “We are aware of the video, and have been in contact with Taylor and the league about the incident. We will have no further comment at this time.”

Chances are, the NFL will soon be calling Hearn about this incident.

An undrafted free agent out of Clemson last year, Hearn earned a spot on Carolina’s roster and actually played in four games as a rookie.
