Sprout will replace TYLOO at IEM Katowice 2022.

TYLOO, a Chinese organization, are unable to travel to Poland because of COVID-19 regulations, Intel Extreme Masters announced Friday.

Sprout will take part in the play-in stage of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament, which begins Feb. 15.

IEM said Spirit and forZe were given the chance to take part based on replacement rules but had to decline because of visa issues. Sprout was next up and able to attend.

Sprout will be one of 16 invited teams in the play-in stage. Eight teams already qualified for the main stage.

The $1 million tournament will run through Feb. 27 in Katowice, Poland. The winner will take home $400,000.
