Oklahoma Sooners star receiver CeeDee Lamb made an announcement Sunday that he is leaving school early to declare for the 2020 NFL Draft.
Lamb shared a very nice post on Twitter, thanking fans, his teammates at Oklahoma, and his family, noting “I will always and forever be an Oklahoma Sooner.”
This was an expected announcement. In fact, it would be surprising if Lamb wasn’t selected very early in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft (but where?).
Lamb finished his career with a big game against LSU in a losing cause Saturday, catching four passes for 119 yards while pulling off yet another incredible highlight-reel-worthy play. Over the course of his three seasons with the Sooners, he caught 173 passes for 3,292 yards and 32 touchdowns.
