The Kansas City Chiefs got an injury scare Tuesday when Tyreek Hill was carted off the field following a right leg injury suffered on a big hit.

After the initial hit, Hill limped off the field and went into the trainer’s tent to be checked out. Following a series of tests, he ultimately left the field in the front seat of a cart, which seemed ominous at the time.

Thankfully for Chiefs Kingdom, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Hill “is expected to be fine” after bruising his quad.

This injury shouldn’t keep Hill off the practice field for long, and it certainly should not jeopardize his availability for Week 1.
