Report: Texans will sign CB Aaron Colvin to four-year deal

The Houston Texans are bolstering their secondary with a player they know quite well. According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Houston is in the process of signing Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Aaron Colvin.

Colvin was third on Jacksonville’s depth chart in 2017, behind A.J. Bouye and Jalen Ramsey. He started five games and appeared in all 16. He defended five passes and recovered a fumble for the Jaguars, who won the AFC South, ending Houston’s two-year reign atop the division.

Colvin was a fourth-round pick of Jacksonville’s in 2014.
