Report: Saints could turn to Brandon Marshall after Dez Bryant injury

Dez Bryant suffered what is likely to be a season-ending injury to his Achilles on Friday, and the New Orleans Saints are once again looking for receiver help. With Bryant likely out, the team could be looking at Brandon Marshall, who recently worked out for the Saints, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Marshall recently was released by the Seattle Seahawks. He appeared in six games with Seattle this season, starting two games while tallying 11 catches for 136 yards and one touchdown.

He’s had health issues of his own the past couple of years and is clearly on the decline. However, given his experienced, along with his length and catch radius, he’d potentially be a deadly red-zone weapon for the Saints if he can stay healthy.
