Report: Pacers’ Myles Turner agrees to 2-year, $60M extension

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner agreed on a two-year, $60 million contract extension, ESPN reported on Saturday.

Per CAA Sports, Turner’s representation, the deal includes an additional $17.1 million renegotiation on his 2022-23 salary.

Turner, 26, is on pace for a career year while playing in the final season of a four-year, $80 million contract. He is averaging personal bests in points (17.5) and rebounds (7.9) to go along with 2.4 blocks in 42 games (all starts) this season.

Turner has led the NBA in blocks on two occasions. He has averaged 13.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 473 career games (440 starts) since being selected by the Pacers with the 11th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
