Pro Bowl LT Ryan Clady visits with the Seahawks

Even after adding former Jacksonville Jaguars first-round bust Luke Joeckel to the mix last week, the Seattle Seahawks are in desperate need for help along their offensive line.

In doing as much as they can to find potential upgrades, the Seahawks have apparently met with former Denver Broncos and New York Jets left tackle Ryan Clady.

Clady, 30, was released by the Jets earlier this offseason after an injury-plagued 2016 campaign that saw him start eight games at left tackle. Even then, he would be a marked upgrade over who the Seahawks currently have manning that position.

A former first-round pick out of Boise State, Clady earned a Pro Bowl spot in each of his final three full seasons with the Jets. The only exception there was a 2014 campaign that saw him miss all but two games to injury.
