New England Patriots veteran safety and three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Chung is in some major hot water with the law.
Chung was among multiple people indicted on drug charges following a raid in New Hampshire back in June. The raid resulted in nearly three dozen indictments and two arrests as local authorities in Laconia continued to crack down on drug use.
It was previously noted by The Laconia Daily that a 32-year-old man by the name of Patrick C. Chung of Meredith was among those indicted. Despite the fact that Chung himself matches that description to a T and just purchased a million-dollar house in Meredith, confirmation of his involvement wasn’t immediately available.
That’s now changed.
It’s not yet known what this means for Chung and his future on the Patriots. A second-round pick back in 2009, Chung is entering his 11th season with the team.
He’s started 110 games and has earned three Super Bowl titles during that span.
