Nuggets forward Paul Millsap out indefinitely following wrist surgery

The Denver Nuggets will be without one of their top players for the foreseeable future. Forward Paul Millsap will undergo wrist surgery and will be out indefinitely.

Millsap has been an All-Star in each of the last four seasons. Prior to his injury, Millsap was averaging 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds in 29.7 minutes per game. He was shooting 44.6 percent from the field, 34.5 percent on threes, and 69.2 percent on free throws.

This is Millsap’s first season in Denver. At 10-7, the Nuggets are currently sixth in the Western Conference standings.
