The NFL conducted a two-round mock draft on Monday to try and work out the kinks ahead of Thursday’s virtual draft, and there were predictably some problems along the way.
The dry run mock came with some significant challenges with communication, as Dianna Russini of ESPN shared.
A bit later in the day, Russini shared another tidbit from her research into the mock draft that any parent in America dealing with the quarantine life can relate to.
Apparently, one head coach’s kids were on their iPads and using up the band width, causing problems for dear old dad.
Brace yourselves, folks. This year’s all-virtual draft may just be a roller-coaster ride of emotions, both for the teams and their fans.
