Markelle Fultz injured his ankle Saturday night in a Summer League game against the Golden State Warriors, prompting some panic among Philadelphia 76ers fans.
On Sunday morning, the rookie point guard out of Washington made sure to let all his fans know that he’s okay.
I'm ok, thank you for all who where worried! 🙏🏼#F2G #TTP

The Sixers have had pretty much the worst luck ever when it comes to their top picks the past half-decade. Staying healthy has proven difficult for these would-be stars, so it’s understandable fans would be nervous about Fultz’s injury.

Hopefully Fultz’s ankle injury is nothing more than a flesh wound that won’t impede his ability to contribute this year. Thankfully, doctors have diagnosed the injury as a sprain, so there’s no reason to worry about long-term implications.
