The Las Vegas Raiders are signing free agent running back Kenyan Drake to a two-year deal worth up to $14.5 million, ESPN and NFL Network reported Thursday.

He gets an $11 million contract with incentives that could earn him another $3.5 million, per the reports.

Drake finished 10th in the NFL last season with 10 rushing touchdowns in Arizona while two-year Raiders starting RB Josh Jacobs tied for fourth with 12. Jacobs made the Pro Bowl last season.

Drake was traded by Miami to the Cardinals during the 2019 season and made an immediate impact, rushing for eight TDs in eight games. He made David Johnson expendable and the Cardinals parlayed him into wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins ahead of the 2020 season.

Drake was selected in the third round of the 2016 draft by the Miami Dolphins. He has rushed for 3,130 yards (4.5 yards per carry) and 27 TDs in 77 games (37 starts) for the Dolphins and Cardinals. He also has six career receiving TDs on 169 receptions out of the backfield.
