Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin may very well earn Offensive Rookie of the Year honors this season. And his performance in their 20-14 victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rivals the best debuts for a receiver in recent NFL history.
The rookie tallied six receptions for 92 yards, including an impressive 26-yard touchdown in the third quarter.

I mean it was OK…I’m pretty sure I’ll make greater catches than that down the line. I’m just real big on moving on from the past.
Go ahead Kelvin, enjoy the big plays you made on Sunday. I get downplaying a performance for the sake of looking forward, especially with Cam Newton set to return next week. But dude, it’s your first career NFL touchdown and was a beauty.
