Josh Rosen rumors: ‘Most NFL people’ rate QB higher than top draft prospects

The Arizona Cardinals hold the biggest wild card in the draft. As such the Josh Rosen rumors have been flying around like crazy for months.

They are reportedly eyeing Kyler Murray at No. 1 overall, which could lead to Rosen being traded.

On that note, Andy Benoit of The MMQB wrote (on Twitter) that “Most NFL people believe Rosen would be QB1 or QB2 in this draft. Any team considering trading up for Haskins or Jones MUST call the Cardinals first.”

It’s no secret that this year’s draft class is a bit of a conundrum when it comes to the quarterback position. While it’s widely assumed that Arizona will take Murray atop the draft, there really is no consensus No. 1 passer.

And, while Rosen undeniably had a brutal rookie campaign, he was highly touted coming out of UCLA.

The Cardinals reportedly are seeking a huge haul for Rosen in an effort to get back as much as they can following last year’s trade up for the quarterback. It’s going to be fascinating to see if anyone bites.
