When the Philadelphia Eagles take the field against the Green Bay Packers on Monday, they’ll be doing so without right guard Brandon Brooks.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news.
Eagles RG Brandon Brooks was hospitalized earlier today with an illness and will be inactive for tonight's game.

This is certainly a blow for Philadelphia. To have any real chance at making the playoffs, the Eagles need to win. The specifics of this also hurt the Eagles’ chances. If Brooks was hurt or sick all week and missing practice, then Philadelphia probably would have had a game plan ready. But since this was a last-minute thing, it’s more likely to leave the Eagles scrambling.
