This is fabulous news for the fourth-year quarterback. If he is indeed 100 percent healthy, it is quite the miraculous recovery Carr has been making during the offseason.
Carr is headed into 2017 after passing for 3,937 yards, 28 touchdowns and six interceptions over 15 games. He fell shy of participating in the Raiders’ postseason after sustaining that broken leg in Week 16.
As a unit, the offense ranked No. 6 in the league last season. Carr has one of the best offensive lines in the NFL and some amazing talent on hand to continue this trend.
Now that he doesn’t have any limitations now that the team has resumed practices, the outlook for 2017 is all the more promising for the Raiders.
