Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Dante Fowler was sidelined for what was supposed to be his rookie campaign in 2015, and his offseason isn’t off to a good start, either.

TMZ Sports obtained and released footage of Fowler essentially encouraging a fight between his supposed girlfriend and baby mama.

Per TMZ, when Fowler and his girlfriend arrived to a Florida apartment complex, they ran into the mother of Fowler’s son and things must have gotten heated. Instead of attempting to stop a fight, Fowler offered a signal to let the brawl begin.

With that, shoes were shed and the two women threw punches while Fowler just watched from the sidelines. After an unspecified amount of time, Fowler broke it up. TMZ notes he pulled the mother of his child out of the mix and left with his current girlfriend.

There’s no sound on the video, so we do not know what caused the argument.

According to TMZ Sports, police were not called to the scene and all parties involved had anything to say.

It is quite alarming that Fowler — the third overall pick of the 2015 draft who tore his ACL on the first day of practice — would just stand by when one or both women could have been seriously injured.
