Buffalo Bills outside linebacker Von Miller is not suiting up for Sunday’s home game against the New England Patriots.

Miller is a healthy scratch after having no injury designation on the team’s final injury report. After missing the first four games while recovering from right ACL surgery in December 2022, Miller has played in 11 games this season without a start and has three tackles and three quarterback hits.

Miller, 34, is facing allegations of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in a Nov. 30 incident. He spoke to media this past week and said the accusations are “100 percent false” and “blown out of proportion.”

He faces a charge of a third-degree felony assault of a pregnant women, punishable for two to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A three-time All-Pro and a two-time Super Bowl champion, Miller has recorded 123.5 sacks in 172 games (161 starts) with the Denver Broncos (2011-19, 2021), Los Angeles Rams (2021) and Bills. He was the MVP of Super Bowl 50.

Also inactive for the Bills (9-6) are safety Damar Hamlin, cornerback Kaiir Elam, offensive tackle Alec Anderson and defensive tackle Linval Joseph.

New England tight end Hunter Henry will be inactive for the game after being questionable with a knee issue and limited at practice this week.

Also inactive for the Patriots (4-11) are safety Jabril Peppers, running back JaMycal Hasty, wide receiver Kayshon Boutte, offensive tackle Trent Brown and defensive end Sam Roberts.
