Bills DBs and Patriots WRs get into pre-game scuffle

By Jesse Reed

It’s no secret the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots are fierce rivals, so it’s not surprising that there was a pre-game scuffle at Gillette Stadium Sunday.

ESPN’s Mike Rodak noted that the players had to be separated by coaches. It wasn’t anything major, but it’s clear this game will be chippy from the get-go.

Mike Garofolo of NFL Network noted Malcolm Mitchell was in the middle of things.

Afterwards, the coaches did a bit of fence mending.

We cannot wait to see how things play out when the action commences.

The Bills, at 1-2, have more to lose in this one. But New England has been dominant at home for years, won both games last year and has won eight out of the past nine times these two AFC East teams have met.

No wonder things tend to play out in a big-brother, little-brother way when these teams come together.
