While the San Francisco 49ers might not field a solid product this season, tailgating at Levi’s Stadium just got way more cool.
Amazon has partnered with the team to offer parking lot party patrons one-hour Amazon Prime Now delivery services, according to Geek Wire.
Yes. If you run out of beer or guacamole at your tailgate party at Levi’s this fall, Amazon can have it delivered in one quick hour.
Per the report, Amazon will actually offer tens-of-thousands of products to those who subscribe to their Prime Now delivery service. Even more tempting to take advantage of the delivery service is that Amazon’s Prime Now network has access to local restaurants.
The service reportedly costs either $99 per year or $10.99 per month. Items can be delivered in one hour for an extra fee of $7.99. Goods can also be delivered in two hours for free.
Amazon deliveries will arrive anywhere from four hours prior to kickoff to 30 minutes after the kickoff. Just imagine showing up to tailgate and letting Amazon do all the work as far as hauling in prepared foods and beverages.
Maybe attending 49ers’ games live this season won’t be such a depressing experience after all.
