Houston Rockets superstar James Harden scored 23 points in the first nine-plus minutes of Friday night’s game against the Dallas Mavericks. He finished the first quarter on the bench after racking up those points, showing out in a way we haven’t seen from an NBA star in months.
Harden was absolutely on fire, going six-for-six from the floor, nine-for-nine at the line and draining shots from everywhere.
Harden also dished one of the sweetest assists you’ll ever see.
Along the way, Harden took his spot as the second-leading scorer in Rockets history.
The dude was simply unstoppable, and the reactions on Twitter were awesome.
