Likely NFL MVP Lamar Jackson will not be watching the Super Bowl

Lamar Jackson Super Bowl

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson still has to be upset over the team’s shocking loss to the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.

The sophomore signal caller and likely NFL MVP put up an historical regular season before struggling with turnovers in said loss.

Now set to participate in the Pro Bowl on Sunday, Jackson had a rather interesting response when asked if he’d be watching Super Bowl LIV between the Chiefs and 49ers the following week.

Jackson has no plans to tune in.

That’s a pretty awesome mentality to have. Jackson has no interest in being a fan and watching the game.

For the talented young quarterback, it’s all about making sure he gets to play in the big game moving forward in his career.

Baltimore posted a league-best 14-2 record. Most figured that the team would run roughshod through the AFC Playoffs.

With a bitter taste still in his mouth, Mr. Jackson will be ignoring Super Bowl LIV. Do you blame him?
