Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis is not holding back as his team enters its final season in Northern California before relocating to Las Vegas.

Davis just recently spoke with The Athletic’s Vincent Bonsignore. He had some choice words for both the Raiders’ current city and MLB’s Oakland Athletics.

Davis started by calling the situation with the Oakland Coliseum “totally dysfunctional” before noting that those involved in extension negotiations are “p**ks.”

The longtime owner did not stop there. After learning that Oakland was not going to honor the terms of an extension the Raiders signed with their current venue, Davis lashed out big time.

“And at that point, I said, ‘f**k this.’ I mean, OK, I talked to (Raiders president Marc) Badain and we decided to sign the extension, but at that point we were now going to take the opportunity at other options.”

The Raiders ultimately decided that Oakland was not worth their time and put a plan in to relocate to Las Vegas. That will come to fruition following the 2019 NFL season.

As it relates to their current co-tenants in Oakland, Davis is not happy about the A’s, either. He noted that the Athletics’ front office has been “really f***ing around with us up there, taking advantage of the situation. Which, it is their right to do it, but it makes it hard.”

No hard feelings here.
