Former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker and fifth-round pick Blair Brown was reportedly arrested by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office early Wednesday evening and charged with domestic battery.
There’s no other information available regarding the arrest. Though, the timing is rather interesting.
Brown, 25, was just recently released by the Jaguars on May 9. Given the surprising nature of that move, one has to wonder if something else happened behind the scenes prior to Wednesday night’s alleged incident.
A fifth-round pick from Ohio University back in 2017, Brown was a core special teams performer for the Jaguars prior to his release.
