Winter arrived early in Michigan, dumping a fresh coat of snow on the residents of Detroit. Apparently not a fan of the freezing temperatures, Detroit Lions rookie running back Kerryon Johnson joked about listing himself on the team’s injury report following Friday’s practice.
Don’t think Kerryon Johnson loved his first taste of Michigan winter, after the Lions practiced outside today. Sounded like he was trying to list himself on the injury report with “frozen ass.”

Good try. Johnson reportedly logged in a limited practice session due to an ankle injury he is dealing with. On top of a frozen bum, Johnson is questionable to play on Sunday. If he does indeed end up suiting up, he and the Lions face a tough matchup in Chicago against the Bears.
For what it is worth, the weather in Chicago is expected be a brisk 35 degrees with mostly cloudy skies this Sunday. That’s at least better than snow.
