The McCourty twins are going to be reunited once again with the NFL’s version of their former Rutgers team. On the same day that it was reported that the Cleveland Browns were planning to release veteran cornerback Jason McCourty, it now looks like the team has moved him to the New England Patriots.

This reunites McCourty with his brother, Devin, who has been a multi-time Pro Bowl performer during his eight-year stint with the Patriots.
The 30-year-old corner is coming off a 2017 campaign with the Browns that saw him record 65 tackles, 14 passes defended and three interceptions in 14 games (all starts). He figures to replace the recently departed Malcolm Butler as a starter for New England next season.
