On Tuesday, a report broke that the Detroit Lions were listening to trade offers around Eric Ebron. The tight end noticed the chatter.
Ebron tweeted his response to the initial report on Twitter with a simple zipped mouth emoji.

Good luck to anyone trying to figure that one out.
Ebron has been something of a disappointing player since getting drafted No. 10 overall in the 2014 NFL Draft. That said, he’s far from an ineffective player. He caught 53 passes for 574 yards with four touchdowns during the 2017 season. Certainly, some team can find a place for him.
Until then, it seems as though Ebron is content with keeping his mouth shut.
