Report: Lions listening to trade offers for TE Eric Ebron

Eric Ebron

The Detroit Lions used a first-round pick to select tight end Eric Ebron back in 2014 out of North Carolina. Now that the 2018 NFL Draft is drawing near, the Lions are reportedly listening to trade offers for their former top pick, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Ebron has shown some promise but has never really lived up to the first-round pick Detroit spent on him. He has never caught more than 61 passes in a season. His top yardage mark is 711, during the same season (2016), and his top touchdown total in a campaign is five, which he accomplished in 2015.

All told, Ebron has caught just 186 passes for 2,070 yards and 11 touchdowns in four seasons with the Lions.
