Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey is receiving quite the pre-draft hype. In addition to having a general manager praise him for having the best combine he’s ever seen, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy had something pretty amazing to say.

That speaks volumes about how McCaffrey is perceived. Several teams have contacted the San Francisco 49ers to inquire about moving up to No. 2. It is possible that some of those clubs have their eyes on McCaffrey as the prize.
McCoy’s Bills currently have the No. 10 pick in the draft. It is not likely that McCaffrey will fall that low, even if the Bills did decide they needed a running back.
We will see soon enough which lucky team lands McCaffrey, a versatile back who can do it all.
